Innovation Portfolio Management Challenge is a game based on a case where the participants goal is to find the optimal portfolio in order to achieve different goals.
What does it give me as a customer?
You get familiar with a structure and a visual model for how resources should be spent depending on different parameters.

Brief review of the model and division of roles between participants. During the game the workshop leader might introduce changed conditions, to imitate reality and to increase the complexity.

In addition to what we do during a half day, the afternoon is spent discussing what it would mean to use this model in your organization.
