Tobias has a background as a consultant in project and team management but is now expanding his world with the challenge of creating change and finding innovative paths. He has experience from running several large projects on an international basis and has experience from companies like OMX and Ericsson.

One of my strongest beliefs is that humor is a complement to serious business and not a contradiction. I also believe in the power of humans being free to create rather then building complex structures to control them. Working life has been my toughest school but i have also participated in leadership programs and studied behavioral science and how to create change within an organization.
