Innovation Pioneers are people dedicated to driving innovation within their organizations. Each individual has hands-on experience and expertise from fields such as knowledge management, innovation and venturing as well as specialist knowledge about the theories behind it. They all believe in the value of sharing their experiences, ideas and knowledge.Through our Innovation Pioneers International network we nominate and invite specialists to share, discuss and develop ideas. We ask questions that are yet to be answered, which in turn encourages us to do further research on the subject. We find new driving forces, tools and ways to successfully manage innovation.
We believe there is an unprecedented opportunity now, to harvest through innovation.

We are strong advocates of Networked Innovation, or Open Innovation if you like.
In late 2007 we initiated Innovation Pioneers International, a network for Innovation Practitioners in companies that strive to develop through Innovation and their employees.
March 12th, 2008, we met and constituted the network together with 16 other companies. Totaling aproximately 650.000 employees internationally, we will continue to knit the network, country by country. Since then, some members have left the group and some have joined, however the same spirit remains.
We work with an Innovation Agenda, which is set yearly. In this agenda we develop different subjects that we sense are needed, such as the Metrics project. We completed our project in The Book of Metrics, which gives you insight in how to meassure Innovation within your organization.
