WE WORK IN TWO AREAS:
Corporate Venturing, which is a method we use to increase the entrepreneurial culture in a project. It is a way to increase ROI on an initiative where the intrapreneur can act faster, leaner and smarter. Organizations often phase difficulties in forming and managing new initiatives with rapid growth, however as they are in need of new offerings and innovative solutions these can't be left behind. This is were we come in. We take pert of, or fully manage, the business creation and commercial development of these entities. In some cases we have assisted our clients in setting up entities for continuous exploration of new opportunities, we call this Internal Corporate Venturing, and we can participate as partners also in these.
Innovation Management, which is the continuous process of developing ideas and business opportunities into commercially viable initiatives. Innovation incorporates a wide range of issues, such as small changes to more radical and disruptive ones. When we deal with innovation management for our clients, we focus on a systematic approach as well as the cultural platform for managing and driving innovation. The strategy of a company clearly sets part of the agenda; do we stay within the core business; do we go completely in another direction or should adjacent innovations be the model? These are some of the questions that will define how we filter, sort and prioritize amongst the opportunities that arise.
