She has held positions such as Vice President Human Resources and Business Development Manager.

Cecilia's primary focus with Googol will be Change and Culture and its effect on innovation in the organization. That is how organizations can work to promote creativity and innovation and how we motivate people to learn new things and transform our thinking.

“Innovation is very much a people’s thing. Within our organizations we need to form a culture and framework for driving Innovation, sometimes in spite of efficiency programs, management traditions and so forth. We must consider what inspires and how as well as legal and structural issues before implementation. This is Cecilia’s area of expertise, and we are further strengthening our offering by welcoming her as a partner,” says Dariush Ghatan, founding partner and CEO of Googol.

“An organization's ability to innovate is crucial to its future success. Employee innovation potential is considered – or should be considered – a core competence in all companies. With so much investment put into the knowledge base, developing the ability to innovate is a strategic lever and has an immediate impact on our ability to create change. It will be my mission to assist our clients with this,” says Cecilia Beer.

Cecilia takes up her new position as Partner from January 14, 2011.
